Store Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with brand to develop business strategies to maintain and raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Report buying trends, market trends, customer needs and profit to brand management and principal
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance according to brand’s policies and procedures
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
- Responsible to achieve sales and improve team
REQUIREMENT
- Maximum age of 30 years
- At least 𝟏 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 as a Supervisor/Team Leader/Coordinator, 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐲 in 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐫, 𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞
- 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐜 & 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥
