Customer Relation Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and update member data, process registrations, and ensure benefit distribution.
• Respond to inquiries, share updates, send notifications, and gather feedback for improvement.
• Assist in content creation, manage campaigns, and promote membership programs.
• Track membership metrics, analyze engagement, and support performance reporting.

REQUIREMENT

• Final year student or fresh graduated are welcome to apply
• Passionate in customer relations.
• Basic understanding of administration.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Proactive, communicative, and solution-oriented.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and WhatsApp Business.
