RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update, organize and maintain personnel records and internal database
- Maintain HR tools and ensure all employees have been registered since day 1.
- Handle and manage end-to-end insurance administration (data renewal, termination, reimbursement, etc.)
- Support Talent Management in conducting onboarding sessions (introducing new joiners about the company policies, employee benefits, etc)
- Carry on staff health insurance registration and claims (activate/deactivate).
- Answer employee questions on HR-related issues
REQUIREMENT
- Candidate at least bachelor degree from Manajemen / Psychology / System / IT min GPA 3.00
- Having at least 1 years of experience in HR or People Operations from the tech/startup companies.
- Ability to manage a high volume of administrative data with quality in a timely manner.
- Strong in administration and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and have good initiative under a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
