RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating fresh concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Analyzing the market to capture current trends, audience characteristics, and competitors.
- Developing targeted creative strategies to achieve goals.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to execute exceptional strategies.
- Communicating ideas and strategies in an engaging and convincing manner.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign results to assess effectiveness and provide recommendations.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree In visual communication, marketing or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a creative role (art director, copywriter, creative lead), preferably from advertising agency or related divisions from brands
- Exceptional conceptual skills (design, video, motion), strong ability to direct and lead creative work. Additional points for expertise in design tools
- Experienced in managing creative team, guiding projects from conceptual until delivery with high standards in visual.
- Team player, able to manage multiple projects at the same time and deliver the projects on time.
- Knowing and following about current trends in creative field which suitable with fashion industry.
- Must be willing to work on-site.
